Looking back at the 18 years that I spent at Fiber Connections I am amazed at all the great things I learned. It was a great opportunity to try my hand at pretty much every aspect of business. The experience that I gained at Fiber Connections has enabled me to achieve a great deal, not just in business but also when dealing with people.

Although I was officially running sales, the nature of growing a small business into a medium sized business provided me an opportunity to work in areas such as engineering, accounting and administration, technology and IT, production, and governance. I participated in financing the business, legal matters, intellectual property, navigating interpersonal dynamics, marketing, product definition and development.

Like any business there were good times and some not so good times but the one thing that always made it worthwhile was the people. I truly enjoyed working with the people at Fiber Connections.
